1. Online Birth Program and a Focus Session

Includes an online birth program with the option to pair with an in person session or virtual session. The online program takes about 4-6 hours to complete and includes videos, interactive learning, and useful tools. It is a great resource at your fingertips for everything you need to know about labor and birth. Access to the online birth program remains throughout your pregnancy, so you can learn at your leisure. The Focus Session is available in person or virtual. The Focus Session is about 3-4 hours and we can dive into any and all things about labor and birth with you and your support team. We suggest scheduling the virtual or in person class around 34-36 weeks of pregnancy.
