Feeding a baby is a dynamic process. Education and support are a           part of the success. Learning options include an online

lactation program and virtual or in-person sessions.

The goal is to find an enjoyable way

                                        to feed your baby.

                                            It's a journey!

Feeding your Baby

1. Online lactation program

The online lactation program takes about 2-4 hours to complete and includes videos, interactive learning, and useful tools. It is a great resource at your fingertips for everything you need to know about the basics of lactation and infant feeding. Access to the online lactation program remains for 9 months, so you can learn and return to the information at your leisure.

2. Online program + a virtual or in-person session

A combination of the online lactation program and a virtual or in-person session. I love connecting before the birth of the baby to discuss your plan and expectations, assess anatomy, set up breastfeeding areas in your home, discuss positioning and latching, and how to navigate common challenges. It is also a great way to get to know one another before the arrival of the babe.

1Virtual lactation consultation

I have been offering virtual sessions for the past few years and find they work really well. I love TALKING parents through the techniques of positioning and latching. Additionally, babies create their own schedule and it’s easier to catch a virtual session when they are ready to feed.

2. Home visit lactation consultation

This option is dependent on where you live.
